Why Should I Care? (wsic.dev) is a daily, AI-assisted security briefing built for IT administrators, security engineers, and CISOs who are drowning in vulnerability alerts.

Every day, countless CVEs and security advisories are published. Most of them are noise. We aggregate feeds from major vendors and CISA, filter out the low-priority clutter, and distill the critical alerts down to three simple questions:

  1. Who is affected?
  2. What does it mean in plain English?
  3. What is the immediate action?

The goal is simple: Save you an hour of reading every morning and tell you exactly if you need to drop your coffee and start patching.

How it works

The daily briefings on this site are aggregated, triaged, and formatted by Donna, a custom AI pipeline. Donna scans dozens of vendor RSS feeds and the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog, analyzes the data, and generates the summaries.

While the AI does the heavy lifting to filter out the noise, the snark and the unapologetic tone are a feature, not a bug.
